Update: Central Paralegals – New Information Comes to Light

Since the BBC Rip Off Britain programme was broadcast on 18 April, KwikChex has been contacted by several individuals who have provided further information about the deceptive practices of Central Paralegals. This company has been contacting timeshare owners and persuading them to pay thousands of pounds for purported timeshare termination services.

The individual who appeared in the programme, calling himself Jeremy Barlow and illicitly describing himself as a litigating lawyer, has been mentioned in the new reports. Several sources have stated that his real name is Jon Exley, a timeshare sector salesman who has previously worked selling timeshares, as well as for two businesses prosecuted by UK authorities – EZE Group and the Monster Travel network.
