KwikChex announces the launch of a new initiative to provide verified information on critical aspects of timeshare ownership. Businesses operating within the timeshare sector, including developers and resorts, resale, rental, and exchange businesses, and those providing legal services – principally exit and claims specialists will feature in new online resources.
KwikChex will commence by publishing a Timeshare Transparency Register, with the core details of timeshare sector businesses. Every business on the register will be invited to submit crucial details of their operation, from ownership details, through products offered, key customer rights and terms, and available complaints processes. Additional options being offered to businesses include verification of substantial facts and a complaints escalation service for situations where timeshare owners have had complaints rejected or ignored.
A priority focus will be on establishing the truth about resales, exit, and compensation claims, as this is an area that is highly contentious, with contradictory information, disinformation, and outright scams.
As a part of the initiative, KwikChex will also be publishing Timeshare Transparency News Reports, which will contain important updates.
